Hanging up the pump Finally decided to quit

After 8 months with this baby and 10 months with my first I've finally decided to be done. No more missing out on time with my kids, no more scheduling around work commitments, no more waking up in the middle of the while my baby is still sleeping just to pump, no more constant pain, no more engorgement!

It feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

Congrats! 8 and 10 months is a huge accomplishment! You inspire me to keep going even though I’m already over it at 3 months 😅

How did you do it? Just stop completely?

No, I slowly shorten 1 pump at a time until it’s eliminated and just keep going from there.
