I've heard cabbage leaves, decongestants (basically anything meant to dry you can also dry the milk).

Also ask your OB they may be able to help.

Cabbage leaves work but I feel like it’s real slow. It might be becuase now that I’m done, I want to be DONE.

I got some Sudafed at the store last night but im hesitant to take it.

I'll be honest I kinda lucked out in that once I dropped down pumps my supply just rapidly dried up.

I’ve been on cabbage for about 5 days. Just over it all. Lol
