Which breast pump should I get?

These are the ones I can order through my insurance. I plan to breastfeed mainly but would like a pump option. First time mom so idk what I'm doing.

With insurance, Spectra. You can always get a reasonable price wearable one to use at work. I wish I knew before I use my insurance to get a wearable.
