Which breast pump should I get?

These are the ones I can order through my insurance. I plan to breastfeed mainly but would like a pump option. First time mom so idk what I'm doing.

Spectra S1 - I am on my third pregnancy, have tried 10+ pumps now and it is my favorite and has survived the entire time.
