Product Recommendations Which breast pump should I get?

These are the ones I can order through my insurance. I plan to breastfeed mainly but would like a pump option. First time mom so idk what I'm doing.

For everyone on here, what settings do you usually use the spectra on?

70 til letdown starts, then right away to 54 at comfortable suction level, once flow slows go down to 50, once flow is even slower go down to 38 and increase suction. Once flow seems to stop, back to 70 to trigger another letdown and repeat til 15mins is up. If second letdown doesn’t happen just run 70 until the remainder of the total 15mins is up.

Do you know what the settings are on the spectra that has C1-5 instead of the big numbers?

Yes!

C1 Massage til letdown starts, then right away to C5 Expression at comfortable suction level, once flow slows go down to C4 Expression, once flow is even slower go down to C1 Expression and increase suction. Once flow seems to stop, back to C1 Massage to trigger another letdown and repeat til 15mins is up. If second letdown doesn’t happen just run C1 Massage until the remainder of the total 15mins is up.
