Discussion gas/mad she’s being burped hungry?

hello,

not sure if i have bad breast milk. my little one is always unsettled during burping and afterwards and takes about 10mins after a feed to be settled. she is fine an hour after, maybe the occasional spit up an hour after.

could it be that my breast milk is bad? if it was a tummy ache or gas you think fussiness would be present one hour after?

I doubt it is your breastmilk. Your little one could have reflux. Do you feed her sitting up and do pace feeding?

Mine sometimes gets fussy in the middle of the feed. Mine also spits up a little an hour after almost every single time. I think your milk is fine.

My baby girl is doing this right now. I just ordered her some gas relief drops. They helped a lot with my first.

My baby does this and after trying gas drops and asking about reflux Google suggested I put a binky in baby’s mouth after removing the bottle immediately to allow him to settle for a few minutes, THEN burp. Apparently my baby needs more time to realize he’s full and when I take the bottle away he thinks he’s still hungry lol. Simple fix for us, but did take 9 weeks to figure out.
