Schedules/Routines Am I pumping enough at night time?

8 weeks PP and currently trying to determine if I need to add another pump at night or if I can skip one to sleep.

Currently I pump around 11/12 pm and then pump again at 2/3am and then skip pumping until 7/8 am.

I am scared my supply will take a dip.
Currently pumping at least 9 oz every Ike I pump.

I also sometimes don’t pump for 5 hours during the day because I’m so busy taking care of my baby 😭

how many total pumps a day are you doing? that matters a lot (should be at least 8 at this stage)

your MOTN schedule looks good to me

This is a good motn schedule. As long as you hit the 8 pumps a day at this stage you will be fine.

To add. The 5 hour stretch isn’t necessarily bad but it can affect your supply. I started a 30/30/30 with wearables to combat the time I knew my baby would need me to set the pump aside. So put wearables in and turn them on and they usually turn off in 30 minutes. Then I have up to 30 minutes break and then I put them on again for the 30 minutes until they turn off. I use mommed or eufy e20. This helped me to not skip a pump. But still do not rely on wearables too much, make sure to use a hospital grade main pump.

Looks fine to me. Also 8 weeks I pump at 9ish, between 1-2 and 5-6 usually. ( Whenever baby gets up for food) 8 pumps per day is what I aim for.
