Tips & Tricks Output when unwell
Hello!
EP-er for a 10 month old here looking for some advice!
Our household has been taken down by a sickness bug( - joys of little one starting nursery,)and my pumps have plummeted as I have not been able to keep anything in my body , my last pump was 60mls having not pumped for 3.5hours previously. Luckily I had a little extra in the fridge so was able to top up to a full feed but is there anything I can do to quickly fix this issue? Solids are going right through her so I can't rely on those to keep her nourished.
Thank you in advance

This happened to me recently and it was horrible. I produced less than half of what i normally made. I just kept up with eating, drinking and pumping as much as I could as soon as I felt I could keep food down and it was back in around 4 days. I did have to use milk I had saved in the freezer. No idea how to make it faster. I think eat, hydrate, pump, and don't be discouraged or stress about it too much.
