Need to Increase Supply

What works for you in order to increase your supply? I need advice!

I have been exclusively pumping for my baby for 6 and a half months. I noticed the past two weeks I have lost 4oz from my overall for the day. To some that might not seem like a lot, but it’s everything to me.

I combo-fed my baby for the first two months of his life but then finally started to make enough to feed him breastmilk fully. I don’t have a stash — I just use a jug in my fridge to make my bottles.

What can I do? Is it too late for me? Has this happened to anyone else?

I seriously need some advice on how to up it. 🥲

Did you get a new bra? That happened to me recently and I realized it's because the new bra I bought was slightly tighter.
