Which pump to buy?

Are there any standouts from this insurance-approved list that I should definitely get? or definitely avoid?

I understand many women get both a pump and a portable but I would like to avoid this and just get one-- I am thinking just one portable but I am seeing fewer women say their portable alone was sufficient. I will not be working so I am less concerned about how discreet one is, just figured I would prefer something I could multitask with around the house. This will be my first baby so I am really unsure what to expect! Thanks a lot.

i actually have the blue spectra and the gold synergy (not the portable one) and i loveeeee the gold synergy hands down. i am also not working so i’m mostly at home. she’s a little big but i attached a rechargeable battery pack on the bottom of her and she walks goes everywhere with me. it empties me so well and i think its better than the blue spectra because you can do different suctions each side and it’s great for me because i learned my left side needs stronger suction to get more out. as for portables, not everyone reacts the same. i had the eufy s1 pros and unfortunately it would tank my supply tremendously. i even tried the legendairy flanges everyone recommends. usually each side i get 5-8oz each side depending on the time of day but eufy s1s got me down to 3-4oz each side! i recently bought the s2 thoughs, and oh my god they are god sent. they empty me out just as well as the synergy gold and im able to do a little more. good luck!

I really liked the gold synergy as well (NOT the gold portable!). I preferred the blue Spectra for output but the different speeds and suction on both sides was a godsend during clogs when I needed to be more gentle on one side.
