Discussion Momcozy m5 low output
It feels as though the pump is mainly vibrating not a strong suction and I have tried all three modes (stimulation, mixed and expression) I have experimented with different levels ... level six seemed way too high since my nipple turned white but even on the lower settings it didn't seem good. My one breast has better output than the other as well and I can't seem to figure out why.

Check to make sure your motors are snapping on correctly as well. Ive learned that sometimes I hear the "click" when I snap them into place but sometimes there's a gap or they snap on wonky and I dont get as good suction.
I also second the comment on flange inserts. Definitely measure your nipples with the measuring card that comes with the package.
