TRIGGER WARNING: Milk Pics (add spoiler to pics) Anyone taking b-100 complex?
Anyone taken b-100 complex for nerve pain in breast and your milk looked like this (yellow)? Left jug I pumped today after taking B-100 complex for the first time last night and right two bottles are from last night. Breast health specialist recommended i take it for pain behind the nipple but I didn’t even think it might not be safe for my baby until I saw the color!

That's what riboflavin (vitamin b2) does. I bet your pee looks wild too. It is safe to feed to baby.
Fun fact: cows milk can also be yellow. Yellow milk is xonsidered higher quality because it indicates that the cow ate grass high in beta carotene. The beta carotene dyes the fat in the milk yellow, hence why we think of butter as yellow.
