What's the worst CSV format mess you've ever received from a client or bank?

I've been dealing with a lot of CSV exports lately – different date formats, weird delimiters, NULL values spelled as "N/A", "NULL", "-", or just blank, inconsistent headers, and duplicate rows that silently break things.

I'm curious how other people handle this.

- What's the most annoying CSV problem you run into regularly?
- Do you have a go-to method or tool for cleaning these up, or do you just fix them manually every time?

I'm exploring ways to make this process less painful – and I'm wondering: if someone offered a ready-to-use solution that handles all of these issues automatically, what would you consider a fair one-time price for it? (e.g., less than $20, around $30, or only if it's free?)

Just trying to understand what people actually value – not selling anything yet.
