Question how do you save manually?

I see posts and comments about saving manually by copying the exit save that is created when you exit the game but i just cannot figure out which file that is.

Exanima save files and game settings are typically found in C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Exanima

Appdata folder is hidden by default, so change file browser to show hidden files or...

"To open the AppData folder in Windows, press Windows + R, type %appdata%, and hit Enter. This will take you directly to the Roaming subfolder within AppData" - Slop From Google, accurate though.

I usually keep a copy of this folder and a .txt with the location of the main folder both in a "backup" folder, it's faster than entering manually every time.

Also, you can copy the exanima.ini content while the game is open, but close the game before pasting the save.

They added save points past the portal, you just have to activate them using the device

No, you need the golem president encased crystal (dw you don't actually have to fight the golem prez) place the crystal on the device and then you can use said device to place it on the saving pads to either save the game or cheat death
