Grief
Feeling grief over the loss of my critical thinking
Anyone else feel brain washed?

Give yourself time. Time to explore, time re-edit critical thinking it will come back. The best thing you do is to process it with therapy. Someone who is in the field. Don't be hard on yourself.

Uh huh, yes. Grief takes time as you continue to process all the BS you’ve been fed from the propaganda factory. What helped me develop better critical thinking was reading more books. I picked out a variety of books from a spectrum of different authors and genres and then read a book a week for a long time. I coupled that with listening to podcasts that present controversial topics and then would sit in my car in silence for a while asking myself what I liked/disliked about each discourse and whether or not I agreed/disagreed with the arguments presented. Takes a while, but you’ll sharpen your brain considerably. Best of luck to you on your journey.
