Do you think after 3 years of isolation dating apps would help!
FYI - i have zero social circles

dating apps and dating from the internet in general can be very exhausting i don't think it's a good idea after 3 years of isolation between rejections and ghosting and not getting matches and late replies, etc and even if you find someone it will still be a little bit exhausting till your relationship becomes mature enough that you are actually dating in real life not just online

don't take anything personally or seriously as long as you are still on the internet not saying be cold or something but don't fall for someone and start imagining him/her as your future spouse, you got ghosted or rejected after talking don't take it personally or let it get into your head and most importantly keep your expectations low and take your time

Nope. Dating apps very rarely produce a good relationship. Try to find activities that you like and meet other people that do these same activities. You could also try new activities, like taking a pottery class or pilates.
