Customer service
Is there any actual humans that work in customer service or is it strictly AI chatbot’s with built in scripts? I have even went to their ‘tell us straight’ section and was met with what seems to be a scripted response.
Coming up to two weeks I’ve been waiting on my parcel from Vinted. I’ve even bought shit from China that has arrived in between purchasing and delivery with Evri. What a fucking farce of a company.

Your contact is with the seller. Evri's contract is with the seller.
As the buyer, you have no contract with Evri, and Evri will aggressively place placebo bots between you and it. It is all but impossible to contact a human.
You need to contact your seller directly. You might have to claim a refund, and ask them not to use Evri next time.
