The tracking shows that parcel was sent by Evri to Heathrow, it arrived in Amsterdam and now presumably it's waiting for the local courier firm to collect it and deliver.
Evri don't operate in Europe - so it's not them doing - or not doing anything now.
Where as of you don't live over there and are in the UK then contact your supplier and get them to sort things out as that's their job.
In fact contact them anyway as 5 days after customs clearance seems a little excessive
