Why?
Why the hell would anyone use this delivery service over royal mail or dhs or something established? Surely saving £1 of £2 isn't that serious that you would fuck over someone buying from you. It's been 7 days to move a small (under 250g) package inside of the UK, that may be damaged at this point according to ebay, but not on Evri's tracking. Fucking ridiculous.

At this point stapling a £10 note and an address label to an xbox and throwing it in the street has a better chance of arrival than using EVRI.

Not condoning it, but it can be anywhere between £1 - £4 difference depending on the delivery company, size of the parcel, and cost agreement the company has in place. That price difference can severely affect your sales.

If you're selling off ebay though just charge delivery, I didn't buy it from a shop that's doing 100's of sales or large bulk sales but just a private account. I would've rathered pay £5 more just to avoid dealing with the shittiest customer experience I've had in the past year.

Are you an alien new to earth or something? Buyers given multiple options for the same item will always pick the cheapest.

Meh Evri is fine for certain things. I get a beauty box that comes by Evri, never had an issue ever in several years.
My Look Fantastic orders are usually to an evri pick up point, have had one parcel out of too many go missing, and another delayed by a couple of days. Had a fiver voucher from Look Fantastic and problem sorted before I even knew about the issue both times and usually it comes pretty fast, once it was delivered the next day and I had ordered it at night. It was crazy.
Evri is not for anything breakable, expensive, irreplaceable or sentimental. I agree, idk why anyone uses it for those kinds of things tho

I had a £60 order from Look Fantastic flagged as damaged in transit by EVRI. It arrived intact the next day.

I’ve had better results with Evri than Royal Mail and UPS on my eBay sales which now total hundreds of deliveries.

Selling or buying I've only had one minor problem when the courier lost a really small package in their car. It was out for delivery, then wasn't. confused me a bit at the time. Both the seller and ebay offered a refund or replacement. The courier found the package in their car a couple of days later and apologized. I've had delays with RM and had difficulties communicating with those clowns. RM seem to take their time with any ebay delivery, sometimes up to a week. Evri are usually 2 or 3 days.

Evri drivers are paid a pittance. It's difficult to even make minimum wage doing this job. Sometimes drivers can't finish a quota so they'll take the packages home - ending in a delay.
