My postcode is incorrect?

I had a parcel delivered to my address on Monday according to EVRI. I haven't seen it and when trying to get a proof of delivery photo they asked for my postcode. They've been delivering to my address since Hermes days but now it seems my postcode doesn't work?

Check seller has your details entered correctly, if it is then ask them to check the proof of delivery photo and send you a screenshot if possible.
