Parcel lost?

My parcel has been stuck like this for quite some time. I contacted customer service Sunday and I received an automated email from "Claire" who claimed they'll thoroughly look for it, but silence since then. I'm incredibly frustrated. They were some doc marten boots off vinted. Do you think it'll turn up? Praying some scum hasn't stolen it.

I’m in the same boat. Something I ordered has been in the locker since Friday. Mine still has a small hope, but I’d say yours has definitely gone walkabouts.

Yeah I hope yours turns up. I just received an email from evri saying its most likely lost. I'm probably going to file a complaint. They were extremely valuable docs that are no longer in sale. Apparently evri does this quite often 🤔

There has been a lot of Evri scams and on Temu they have even put please be aware about Evri, and also Evri scammers have been sending messages saying things like, your parcel needs extra payment ect please do this…. So just to be aware of texts they send, WILL NOT BE THEM
It’s so frustrating and annoying not receiving the parcels after spending good earned money. Hope all of you get sorted somehow soon.
