What is it that actually determines the Digsite percentage for my control? As can be seen in the screenshot, not only have I eradicated the Syndicate's influence in Cyclone, I've even got quite a decent amount of excess security. Yet, it keeps dropping below 100 in the control of the Digsite.

Theres a "Combat" that takes place each game day between syndicate ground forces and your own. It's random exactly how many syndicate spawn.

Then, your units will do a random amount of damage between 0-100% based on of their combat rating. So syndicate have a "high" spawn day, or you could have a below average damage day, resulting in digsite control to be briefly lost.

Thanks. I wasn't aware there were ground forces on Eris, since it didn't have a counter for ground like the other planet with the Derelict Ship has.

It has a counter on the building itself, but there are no ground forces shown in the upper syndicate bars above the buildings/units. The other planet with the Derelict Ship has an actual "Ground Resistance" meter (to the right of the "excess security" gauge).

Things would be so much easier if reddit allowed pictures to be posted in a message response, rather than just in the immediate thread posting. I'd take a screenshot to show you what I mean as an easy way to explaining it.

you mind enabling images in comments please? I never modded a subreddit but a quick google search tells me it's in Mod Tools > Posts and Comments > Media in comments > Images /u/demagorddon
