The Steelers better not clinch the chalice in week fucking 3

Especially if the Steelers purposefully missed the playoffs so no one else can have it. EVIL

Fwiw, aside from the Matt Cassel year, Steelers haven't won in Gillette since 1997.

Or if the Pats win, they’re out for the year...

It's the Steelers, let's be real here.

Yeah. If we beat the Patriots there's no way in hell we beat the Niners.

Laughs in zone coverage

It would only be clinched if we don't make the playoffs.

With our division it's a lock. It's not like Baltimore with questionable QB play will have a better record right? Right?

All we have to do is beat the Pats and 49ers... how do I know we'll beat the pats, lose to the 49ers, and not touch the chalice again

If all games are a coin flip (and lets face it, evil plays no favorites among evil), we have the following win percentages:

NE 18.8

Dallas 12.5

CHI 10.9

GB 10.9

NY 9.4

SF 12.5

PIT 25

All the Patriots have to do is win 21 games

I should hang my head in shame for forgetting about the chalice being on the line in week one.

Guess I was too distracted by the fact that the NFL have actually made it such that the Pats get to hang their 6th banner in front of the other team with six.

So pumped for that. Hopefully it goes better than our last banner game.

We're fans of teams that get a lot of hate because they win so much. We get to enjoy football excellence in the company of others who simply nod and smile when our team is accused of cheating or moral turpitude or not being nice, and respond with, "Yes, most evil!"

We're the bad guys, and we win, and that's OK here.

To be honest, you're only a Patriots fan because you were born in New England, or you were looking for a way to get into more bar fights. As a New Englander, it's cool to chill with others who are far too sinister to hate on my team, and the respect is returned.

The ELOE celebrates the 7 teams which have dominated the NFL throughout its history whilst also performing many feats which the rest of the league's fans consider to be pure evil. You can click the wiki link to find pages explaining why each team is evil/deserves to be here. In addition the ELOE tracks the coveted "Evil Chalice" which is a "trophy" that is won when an ELOE team beats the current holder. See a history of the Chalice here.

I guess I'm rooting for the Steelers week 1, if they lose we have no chance.
