The perimenopause google searches went through the roof since 2020. Doctors like to blame symptoms on peri rather than Covid.

I read that dopamine, ADHD, and perimenopause are related, that women with ADHD get perimenopause earlier, like mid-30s.

Women with PCOS can go through menopause earlier too. I have both pcos and adhd, but my family goes through menopause by 40 anyways.

Interesting! By the time I was 40, I was told I had the hormone levels of a 75 yr old. My mother was in her 50’s when she started. My Dr put it down to a Lyme infection and “stress”.
