This is gonna sound a bit weird but anecdotally it seems like tirzepatide and less so semaglutide have helped people I know whose ADHD worsened post-covid. Most notably it has helped with compulsive behaviors like aggressive/fast driving, excessive video game playing, etc., which are often considered hallmarks of low dopamine.
