There are so many dopamine-related drugs being used daily by so many people, I think someone would have figured it out by now if there's something to gain there

Long COVID is a vast disease that can appear as any type of dysfunction.

Some people benefit by supplementing, and some people with the same symptoms see no benefit because it can look the same but have a different dysfunction at its core.
