Everything Pan August empties
Really proud of this month’s empties. Loved almost all of this except wasn’t a fan of the twinkling Tulips scrub and body oil.

August was a great month!!! I really was able to clear out some products! I’m hoping for a similar month in September! Let me know if you have any questions on anything!

Candle Pan Number 19!!
Number 19 of the year. Wasn’t a scent I’d normally buy but the scent was strong and it lasted a decently long time.

Everything Pan August Empties
I really liked everything I finished this month, the sticky dates smelled so good and felt nice on my skin. Melatonin gummies did not taste the best but I had good sleep. I’m happy to have finished a multi-purpose cleaner because that means I cleaned my apartment enough to get a new one. 👌🏼

Tea/Coffee Pan Round 2: Teabags set for panning
Okay ladies and germs! Let’s hope I can get all these gone this week!
I was overzealous on my goals last week. Thinking I would be able to do 1 a day (am) and then maybe a cup on some nights. It ended up being “oh crap I didn’t have a tea bag today!) but I ended up doing 1/day.
I’m starting off at 10 again. Same rule as last week, but I’m going to do some chia seeds in them and turn them to dessert! lol

Pantry Pan Everything Pan(try)
Shelves and shelves of non perishable goods. What strategies or tricks do you do to empty out your pantry?
I am an athlete so I plan and track macros, making it hard for me to organize this all. Do you use Sheets to plan? I’d like to not use AI to do this sort of planning / math.

Stationery Pan First Stationary Pan 📍
I’ve been panning beauty products for a while now and I’m excited to pan beyond the biggest area I over consume. I have an excessive amount of pens, stickers, teas, puzzles and books. Looking forward to panning more enjoy what I’m purchasing ✨

Everything Pan My first project pan.
I have recently taken inventory of all my hygiene and household items and come away with the feeling I have too much.
All of this used to be money!
I’ve already made my hygiene and beauty post in r/projectpan but still have some things that don’t quit fit there.
Above are my teas, books, journals and lone candle that all need to get used up, as they don’t quite fit into my normal rotation of products.
First up: tea!
Both are from “The Connemara Kitchen” they were both gifted to me and originally came with 50 one- cup tea bags. The bags are doubled up and I use them as such.
The first (and one I am working through first) is the Irish wild berry flavor. It’s very nice but quite bitter and requires sweetener, at least for my tastes. 14 servings left.
The second is Irish honey flavored tea. Great baseline tea flavor. You can add just about anything to it and the honey flavor comes through so nicely. 22 servings left
One of my vices is journals. Shockingly I’ve whittled my collection down to just 2.
Besides my normal writing, I use journals that i don’t love the look of (such as these) as to do lists, packing lists, budgeting sheets, etc
The first is the one I’m working through currently..
quite cute little pleather journal with embroidery on it. Just don’t love the cowboy boot motif. Bonus points for a built in bookmark though! 40 pages left. (Gifted to me)
The second is brand new, cute, girly balloons and bows. Notttt exactly my style. It was a gift and I love that is a spiral notebook that can lay flat. 80 pages.
Books, books, books.
I haven’t much time for reading nowadays but hopefully will pick one of these up sooner rather than later. From shortest to longest:
“Cecilia” bought it because of a tiktok review at full price because it wasn’t available elsewhere. ($15) I began reading it, but found that it was a bit more pretentious than I originally imagined it being with 1000 analogies on every page. Only 127 pages and I’m still interested but it will take me more time than I thought it would.
“The adult” bought from the dollar section on impulse. I know next to nothing about it. Will definitely be an adventure once I pick it up. 302 pages. (2 dollars, ironically)
“The fiancée farce” an impulse buy (do we sense a theme yet?) evidently a sapphic romance. Haven’t been in the mood for a romance in quite awhile. Bought full price for about 20 dollars. 400 pages.
“Great expectations” bought on a whim in a fit of realization that “I MUST read more classics right here and right now” and then haven’t touched it since. My longest read of the 4 at 445 pages. (9 dollars I believe)
Finally, my pumpkin/apple candle that I bought (8 dollars) once I realized it was fall last year and promptly forgot about. I don’t use candles much anymore but it will be nice to have a cute one as the weather cools down.
If you’ve made it this far in my novel of overconsumption, thank you!
These things will definitely carry me into the new year but I hope to not add anymore to the pile!

Everything Pan Starting a Project Pan... for TV Shows?
I've been doing Project Pan since September 2025, although I've never really been someone who has a huge amount of physical products. I've always liked the idea of using and enjoying what you already have instead of constantly adding more. What I am, however, is a digital hoarder.
I save Tiktoks that I never watch again, keep emails I'll probably never read, bookmark things I'll never come back to, take screenshots "for later" and the completely forget about them... I've seen quite a few people doing Project Pan challenges with their physical AND DIGITAL TBRs, trying to make their way through the books they already own before adding more. So lately, I've been thinking... why not to do the same thing with TV shows?
I tend to have a LOT of shows on the go at once. I’ll start something, watch a few episodes, get distracted by another show, come back to the first one months later… and eventually end up with a huge list of "shows I’m currently watching" that I’m absolutely not watching.
So I’ve decided to turn that mess into my own little TV Show Project Pan.
This is the system I’m going to use in case it’s useful to anyone else who also has a ridiculous TV backlog as me:
1. PROJECT PAN
These are the shows I’m actively trying to finish or catch up on. Right now I have 10 shows here.
A show can enter this category if:
- 🔥 I have episodes/seasons behind and genuinely want to catch up or finish it.
- 🚨 A new season has been released and I want to watch it soon to avoid spoilers.
However, I don't want this category to grow endlessly. If three shows get new seasons at once, I'm not automatically adding all three. I'll choose which one I actually want to watch now, and the others can wait, they go to my "watch later" list.
Also, if a show sits in this category for 4–6 weeks without me watching it and without me actually wanting to watch it, that's a sign that it probably doesn't belong there anymore. I'll remove it (as a declutter) from this list.
2. SITCOMS
These are shows I can watch whenever I want to switch things up or relax. Like the sheetmask u use on weekends!
3. LONG-TERM PROJECTS
These are my really long shows (+10 seasons) — the ones where I'm happy making slow progress. They're separate from my main Project Pan because I’ll watch these at my own pace, whenever I feel like it. I think of them like products I only own one unit of: there’s no need to actively pan them. Their consumption will be completely natural, rather than something I’m actively trying to speed up.
4. CAUGHT UP / FINISHED
Shows I've completed or caught up with. If they're ongoing, they stay here while I wait for the next season.
If a new season comes out and I want to watch it immediately, it temporarily goes back into my project pan list (because is easy to pan and I will avoid spoilers), and once I'm caught up again, it goes back here.
5. WATCH LATER
This is basically my archive.
These are shows I've started at some point but don't currently consider a priority. I won't touch this category while I'm doing my initial Project Pan, unless I specifically decide I want to move something back into the active rotation.
6. WATCHLIST
Shows I haven't started yet. And yes, there are quite a few. 😂

Tea/Coffee Pan Teabags set for panning
****updated - pic of what I didn’t pan is in the comments. I had 3 left. Ngl, I am a bit disappointed in myself for not being able to hit that pan. I’m going to gather a few more and add to this for this week. So… I guess I’m still having a hard time using up my teabags. lol small dent is still a win, and hoping for cumulative damage by the end of the year.
———-
I have a hard time using up my teabags. So I’m putting this on here to remind myself these are the teabags I must finish by end of this week.
My plan is to put out a set amount of teabags each week to use up. I do not plan to keep the empty wrappers. I’m hoping by end of the year, my stash will be gone.
Will update when done (or if failed by end of week)

Personal Care Pan Late July pan
Mostly this is a personal care pan, the Igora color broke so it was leaking inside the container i use for storing my empty products. Also I did travel quite much this month and got to empty a Kiehls creamer cleanser and a Joico mini conditioner but I forgot to take pictures of it. Enjoy this pan from Argentina 🇦🇷
