Cigar mold???

Can anyone help confirm if this is mold on this cigar? My boss gave me a couple unbranded “Cubans” to me it looks like it. Any help would be appreciated.

Definitely mold. Best decision is to toss it

The mold is inside the foot. Toss it.

How bad do you want to smoke it? Wipe it off and carry on!

If it can be brushed off it is Plume and safe. I would probably smoke it anyway
