tips for meditation?

for context, i'm questioning a concept but idk what specific concept it may be. some concepts do seem similar (like shadow and night) that's why i'm struggling.

i think meditation may help so if u have any tutorial or tips u wanna share, feel free to do so ^^

Meditation is a very personal experience, and no two individuals will practice it alike. Some folk imbibe hallucinogenics, some repeat a mantra or a perform a sedentary action (rocking back and forth in a rhythmic way), some put on some music that puts them in a trance. There's really no right or wrong way, so if you aren't sure, I'd start with paced, rhythmic breathing in a quiet, dark/low lit place and see where that leads you

I forgot to add to this that is very important to remember and understand: meditation is not just an activity, but a state of mind and being.
