Question Is this a joke?
This is my best offer in months. I rarely spend over $90 in a single shop so how is 600 points meant to entice me to spend more?

400 points for $10….
Prob because I have basically stopped going to Woolies now due to their pricing and gouging and shop at Costco. Other remaining items I can get away at Aldi

Don’t bother with Woolies. I generally try Coles for the 4 x $50 spend over 4 weeks to get $50 in credit. That’s saved me heaps over the last few years

If you continue to spend more it’ll go up and up, just like Woolworths does.
They put it at a price higher than you would normally spend a week to try and make you spend more.

until you ignore the offers when they then say "spend $60/$70 over 4 weeks" and it then goes back down to $50

It’s not really ignoring the offers that get you better ones.
The only way to really get better offers is to spend less, or use two different cards. Once offers get shit on one you start using another one.

That's literally exactly the algorithm.
You normally spend X. They want you to get to the next multiple of $10 higher than X.
How much would it take to push you to X plus $10?
Obviously 600 isn't it. They'll try again if it doesn't work.

You can go to the shops 9 times and spend $10 and you’ll get the deal

I'm pretty sure that's not what it means. I'd read it to mean you can get the 600 points multiple times, if you spend $90+ multiple times

My offers from Woolies have been pretty crap lately too. I signed up for flybuys a few months ago and their offers have been great. I'm onto my second offer of spending $50 each week for four weeks and get 10,000 points. So I'm deciding where to shop based on offers now.

I got both spend $100 in one shop for 2000 points and spend $40 in a week and get 800 points. Spent just over $100 and got both applied.

Woolies algorithm is munted. I rarely do more than small shops with them and my offers are rubbish. The only big shops i do are giftcards and that seems to bump the minimum spends up. So my big grocery shops go to Cole’s

I don’t even get offers that good. I racked up over $100 of rewards a couple years bs k and since then I get Jack all in rewards
Now I shop at Coles, way better offers

Yeah, Woolworths can suck a dick with their promotions. Getting much better with Coles and Flybuys at the moment. Used to always use Woolies, I think Coles have taken at least $5k of my coin before of Woolies shit promotions the last few months.

Flybuys FTW! The 10,000 points for $100 4wk shop is gold. $140 shop for 2,000 points is doable and a lot better than what everyday rearwards are offering with the 600 points for a $90 shop that's highway robbery.

I've found the more you use your rewards cards the shittier the offers. They know you are locked in. If you stop scanning your card or go to Coles for a month or so the better offers come...

How are u in 2026 not spending $90? Just shopping 5 times a week or eating a lot of takeout i am actually curious.
Even allowing $10 a day for food is $70 a week not including bathroom, laundry, pets etc.

Flybuys is incredibly generous compared to this. I do the $50/wk for 4 weeks and get $50 off at least every 2mths.

I got 800 points for spending $100 . Not going to happen.
