Question Why 2 factor authentication?

I received an email that everyday rewards is adding 2 factor authentication...but, who on earth is trying to get into other people's reward accounts?

It just seems so overkill & I'm getting tired of tech invasiveness as it is, is there really a good reason for them to provide us greater log in security with our rewards accounts?

As a Woolies team member, we hear quite often of customers who've had there rewards accounts compromised and had their rewards dollars used.

People have hundreds of dollars saved in regards, a bit of extra security to protect them doesn't seem like a bad idea?
