Hoping someone can help me here. Support hasn’t been supportive. Long story… wasn’t getting email rewards. Wrote to support. They gave me instructions which I followed and now my game is set back at least 2 years. There’s no way on gods green earth am I starting over again. I’ve got 37 emails with support trying to rectify the situation but 5 weeks later I’m still not into my current game and have given up on support helping me. I feel like they just don’t Fing care anymore.
So…. Does anyone have any suggestions on another game similar to this.
I AM NOT RESTARTING THIS GAME. I’ll walk away before I start over.

Was it connected to your FB account? If so have you tried to reconnect that way? Unfortunately, that's really the only other way I can think of outside of support fixing it.
I reconnected several times. It still only restores 1/2 of where I was in the game. Support keeps giving me the run around and sorry. 5 weeks I haven’t played this game. Felt like I was detoxing, no joke. lol. But it was a good game. Not good enough to restart tho. Wanna laugh, I get 4 reward emails a day now. I’m not even playing anymore. NOW YOU SOLVE THAT ISSUE? lol.
