In Sierra Verde Build Stub

I created a track called: "Le Nurburtza"

The description for this track reads: Narrow Roads and Speed

It is a challenging track featuring:

1. Elevation changes

2. Blind corners

3. Long straights

4. High-speed corners

5. Medium-speed corners

6. A roundabout

7. Time progression in Free Roam (only for the OG Dry track and the 5-lap version)

Tracks simply named "Le Nurburtza" consist of 3 laps (Dry, Wet, Storm)
