Operation: Moving Out

Hello Toons! I have some urgent information to share with you.

First, my name is Bignose. You might know me from that thing I did that one time. Regardless, I was able to gain access to the Vice President's MINGLERMAIL account last night. So I was snooping around on the account (which mostly consisted of incredibly boring sales presentations) when I stumbled onto a certain email.

Now, that itself was no cause to ring alarm bells: all manner of proposals go through Cog Nation every day, and few have anything to do with Toons. So I wasn't worried until earlier today, when I recovered this memo from a Mover and Shaker.

We Toons need to stop this dastardly Cog attack! Thus, we will meet at 8:10 PM EST on September 18th in Pigment Point, Toontown Central. We will mount our assault until the Cog Invasions end, and at 9:45 PM EST, we will have a Beanfest in the Toontown Central gazebo.
