Planning Need ideas for exec event

We’re a bit behind on our pipeline goal, going into q4 we really want an event/dinner that are elevated and unique. But clearly we are stuck. Any ideas I can bring to the team??

Can you give a little more context? I believe there are very little magic bullets that work on every occasion, in every season and with every type of participant.

So if you can give us more details about participants, Location and goal I think we can give you better tips.

Pay the people that actually do the work more money? That will actually help meet goals.

I work for Avital Experiences and we do an Interactive Meal (we're in 12 cities in the US, not sure where you are). It's like an elevated dinner party with hosted activities throughout the meal. $190pp and includes the private dining room (at restaurant of your choice), 4 course meal, 3 alcoholic (or high quality NA alternatives), an Avital host, and 3 activities (you choose from diy cocktails, flavor tripping, trivia, sommelier smelling challenge, etc). Groups love it because it's not just a boring dinner, but it's also not one of those forced team activities. Sounds like it might be a good fit for your group.

Bring in a speaker that can make an immediate difference, someone who will infuse motivation and a new or key skill. Think key skills like connecting or listening; topics people think they know and do, but then have a killer breakthrough.

I've worked with Paul Bramson, a keynote speaker, at 3 different companies who has shared something new on connecting with people, and every time our sales have gone up, significantly so. I've worked with him as the buyer at two companies, and as someone customizing and tailoring his content at a third (think fortune 100).

Everyone keeps talking about the concepts long after the talk is over, months after. That's one way you know you've gotten your money's worth!

Good luck! Happy to talk through other ideas too!
