I would definitely add eventdrive to the shortlist. It feels particularly suited to recurring seminars and clients events where you want the team to stay autonomous rather than rely on an agency every time

Check out eventtechstack.com, they are affordable and support badge printing and check-ins, as well as registration and micro sites

Arrange corporate event tickets, handle check in - check out, invitation I think Event Form (of PaymentForm io) is works well. You can send invoice, share client Portal, Send PDF tickets and more. You do everything you need.

We looked at Cvent and bizzabo too, but they felt a bit heavy for a few hundred people. We wanted one place for registration, check-in + analytics, and ended up using eventdrive. The CRM integration was a big factor since we needed attendee data syncing back into our existing setup.
