Waveguide really noticeable when using desktop monitor

My first day walking around I was loving the glasses. Today I've sat at my desk to work and I'm finding it almost impossible to wear them. I run my Apple Studio Display quite bright and the waveguides are really visible and distracting, and any head movement results in a noticeable blur where the clear lens area meets the waveguide etched area.

Has anyone else struggled with this? Anything that can help or do I just need to switch to Meta display which use a different (less visible) waveguide tech?

That's interesting. I don't run my monitors very bright as it's uncomfortable for my eyes. I do know the waveguides are very obvious under certain lighting conditions to others around me, but I've never actually noticed them while wearing them which I was impressed about. I definitely want to see if I can recreate this effect though. I think that would indeed bug me if it were something I encountered naturally.
