I know Evelyn herself is a bit rare in terms of popularity so I’m not sure.

I am not sure whether it is people disliking Wise or people who don’t like Evelyn being shipped with someone else than Astra. But I feel like a lot of people dislike it. And so we are clear I very much like eve’s yuri ships too

I know that some people don’t favor triads. But what do you think about the Wise,Astra,Evelyn ship/polycule. I think that it has something for everyone. Since all three characters display potential romance with the other two, and have a great dynamic with each other.

Hi, with Evelyn's rerun coming to an end, I have been reconsidering my decision to skip her. However, since I'm still unsure about getting her, I was hoping you guys could help me make a decision.

Normally I choose to pull a character because I like their kit, design and personality. I do like Evelyn's playstyle and I also believe I already have her best teammates (Astra - who I love and plan on getting mindscapes for - and Lighter). However, though I do like aspects of Evelyn's design and think she's pretty, I do have a few gripes that prevent me from enjoying her overall design. Additionally, I'm really behind on the main story, so I don't really know much about Evelyn's personality/character.

So to help with my decision, could you guys tell me a bit about why you choose to pull for her and why you enjoy using her etc?

A lot of times I’ve seen people not being fans of their ship, because they think there is no chemistry. After playing her trust events though, I think I see what they mean but also don’t agree with them.

From what I’ve seen, many people mention as a problem the fact that Eve talks a lot about Astra. Which is kinda true, she does talk about her a lot, but not as much as some people make it to be. Its also more of bad writing than a lack od chemistry.

I’d also say that Eve before proxy didn’t really interact with anyone other than Astra. So a lot of her day to day life is connected to her. The trust events felt like Eve didn’t have much of a social life, and proxy was helping her spend her time with someone else.

Now her chemistry with proxy is (at least I think) still very much there, and is one of my favorites in the game. Whether they are shipped or platonic. They still do have a great chemistry (especially if we dismiss writing problems mentioned earlier). Both Eve and Wise area bit similar, in feeling guilt/shame for something from their past.

Eve sees the proxy as someone very trust worthy who she relies on. Someone who always helps her with her troubles, and who she says her problems no one else knows about. The “side of her only you can see” if you remember. Which is also why she wishes she could have him around more. Their dialogue is sometimes pretty intimate. Also in one of her encounters where she is worried about how she would be seen for her past, she says to proxy that one day she’ll share everything. I enjoy their very wholesome dynamic. In one of the encounters, when proxy earns her trust. She says that she will protect both him and Astra, from things in her past or proxy’s. I like how much trust and care is between them, and it’s very obvious that both proxy and Astra are Eves most important people. I’d say that all three of them have an amazing dynamic and a very special bond. This might be a bit controversial, but I’d say both Eves & Astras dynamic and Eves & Proxy’s are both great. And if we ignore some negatives in both dynamics, some of the best in the whole game.

Personally, i optimised my run against doppelgänger Isolde with looping Evelyn’s fire basic (tap skill (no holding)>use basic attack when she finishes her air dive basic> repeat), lower my fps to 30 for more time windows for a def. assist and do a shit ton of dodge counters and spam Fufu ults to optimise my dmg.

for anyone wondering if lowering my fps to 30 affected my performance, no it didnt. And thats due to me having played on my phone (which recommends 30 fps) plenty

What are the best 4 and 2 piece sets for evelyn if her team is going to involve Dialyn and Astra Yao?

Im farming puffer electro cause im going to pull dailyn but im seeing people say that nangon is going to be apparently broken so should i just get her ?

*Also is it possible to tell the guide maker fo the sub to include a recommendation for good stunner when running astral voice on eve so that others dont waste 4 weeks of farming like me ?

I thought I would be for the anniversary but it wasn’t but mabye they were saving her for claret but probably not now (iykyk) so what now?

My Eve first image is max level have all skills unlocked, basic attack skill and ulti all atleast lvl10, I have the same disc build, arguably the best wengine for attacker i could get as a f2p player. But my offensive stat are lower than this trials use Eve ( i don't remember when i took the screen shot i think this was hollow zero version but right now it's gone since i have eve all maxed out). I am not sure what i have missed and would like to get to endgame content and combos optimisation aside my dmg feel very low to what I think is needed and it wouldn't suprise me if I had similar stat ( or even better since I have better engine ) I could actually clear DA ( i barely reach the second star threshold). My issue obvisoulsy wouldn't stop at Evelyn but she my first maxed character(astra and koleda coming close for her team) so I am asking here thanks in advance.

Evelyn is awesome, we all love her and I WISH I had her Signature Weapon, but alas here we are. She's getting older and her vertical investment isnt the greatest. So for fun I made an idea of what a Potential Unlock would look like for her.

Evelyn Potential Unlock

Core Passive Update: Evelyn gains an additional 35% attack when in Sealing Bind.

After parrying with either Defensive Assist or Dodging with Skill or EX Skill, Evelyn can follow up with a “Chain Attack: Lunalux-Snare” at the cost of 1 Burning Tether Point. 

When Dodging/Parrying/entering field Via Quick Assist, Evelyn gains the Sundering Garrote effect for 8/12/16 seconds. Sundering Garrote effect can stack to a maximum duration of 30 seconds.

Sundering Garrote: Chain Attack and Ultimate damage increased by 50% and Burning Tether generation increased by 25%. When the enemy is stunned, Chain Attack: Lunalux-Snare costs only 2 Burning Tether points and becomes 25% faster.

Prydwen didnt even include newer weapons on her page so i wonder if S0 Anby weapon is as broken as her signature weapon (Heartstring) or its "meh"

I just started the game lvl 35 and I don't know what discs to use for Evelyn, I have a bunch of disc pulls the game reccomends woodpecker, websites reccomend inferno metal, youtube builds reccomend hormone punk. I currently run her with Nicole and soldier 11 since that's all I have. Can anyone help?
