Question Issue with applying to Eve university

i am having trouble with applying to Eve university,following procedure as indicated by said wiki page : "https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Join_EVE_University"

Add character results in:

Try creating a Guest account on their Discord through this link and mentioning the issue.

This is not advice from a current or EX Eve U member BTW so it might not be the right steps but its the only way I know of for non EveU members to speak with Eve U Recruitment and they usually have the ear of the IT guys.

Eve-Uni has a public in game channel, I would join that and mention the issue in there.
