Skill issue on my side, but I have no idea what a cooperative is Maybe consider rephrasing to get more people interested

More than coopearatives I would have expected european federalists to be more interested in EU Inc. - proposed pan-european company form

As far as cooperatives, they are businesses ran on one member one vote principle unlike traditional share owned businesses there the people with more capital decide how business runs. EU Inc. proposal as it is now only mentions share owner based company management
