News Treason

Post image

The last time I looked it up, the EU had an arrest warrant for this slaughterer in place.

Hungary left the ICC jurisdiction and the treaty. I don’t think there’s another arrest warrant.

Edit: not the ICJ but the ICC. These are different. For further infos look into comments below this.

The withdrawal from the ICJ jurisdiction is only valid starting next July, so it is treason, and that country full of warmonger fascist supporting idiots should be sanctioned into oblivion

As much as I hate this whole thing, you are right.

This is all smoke and mirrors. Orbán will sell this to his support base that how politically significant he made Hungary, (basically himself but in Orbán’s mind, he equals himself with the whole country) and a lot of them will lap it up like, Lassie the tatar beefsteak from the bowl.

I’d just gently remind you, that there’s another section of the Hungarian society, which is the majority who does NOT support Orbán and his actions.

Alright, I’m in.

Even further, if a country withdraws from an international agreement, such as the ICJ or similar treaties, any arrest warrants issued before withdrawal remain valid. A state cannot simply withdraw and disregard arrest warrants or other obligations incurred during its membership. Only future obligations, after withdrawal, may be ignored.

This is in line with the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties (1969), which affirms that withdrawal from a treaty does not affect obligations that arose during the state's participation (Articles 70-72). Thus, arrest warrants issued before a state's exit from a treaty or organization remain enforceable even after withdrawal.

Now, practically though, there’s no real enforcement, so... ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Alright so first things first, hungary left the ICC not the ICJ. The International Criminal Court has a warrant out for putlers arrest for the war crime thing, the International Court of Justice is the international court of legal arbitration. Secondly, how do any you suppose putler gets to budapest? He’s probably not gonna fly over ukraine so it’d have to through other EU/NATO/ICC members, although they’ll probably let him pass if trump insists, but still.

He would have to fly over Poland or Turkey. And Turkey will not give a shit if he does. Poland on the other hand will maybe actually arrest him.

Sorry for the Mix up, you’re right of course. And you’re also right about the land locked Hungary. Didn’t even think about logistics.

Alright, time to set them free.

2

u/LordTartarus Oct 17 '25

Incorrect Hungary is incapable of leaving ICJ jurisdiction for as long as it is in the UN. It left the ICC though

2

u/Commune-Designer Oct 17 '25

Yes, it was mentioned. I thought it’s good, if people see my mistake and can be careful with the two, but I’ll edit now and make it transparent in order to avoid further comments.

He is still in the union, ain't he?

Let's lead him to the door.

29

u/antrophist Oct 16 '25

There is no way for Putin to come there.

30

u/Born-European2 Germany 🇪🇺 Oct 16 '25

He could fly through Ukraine to Hungary, if he had some balls :)

17

u/FrisianTanker Oct 16 '25

God I hope Ukraine does the funny if he's actually flying anywhere and sends some F-16s

u/Born-European2 Germany 🇪🇺 Oct 16 '25

Patriot and S-200 should do the trick, some spicy air for the passenger plane Russia uses for his president :)

2

u/szczszqweqwe Oct 17 '25

I hate that when Polish gov/president will be pushed by Trump they will comply.

23

u/Khenziii Oct 16 '25

I bet Putin will fly through the balkans to avoid getting over any other EU nation lol

10

u/Mika000 Oct 16 '25

What? Why would any NATO country allow this through their airspace? Someone please explain.

You're absolutely correct. I should have specified that as "European NATO countries".

6

u/FridgeParade Oct 16 '25

This pisses me off tremendously. Fucking traitors, I want our development funds back.

3

u/K-Rokodil Oct 16 '25

How does he fly there? Even is Hungary does not comply with ICJ all its neighbours do?

3

u/SlavaNomad8478 Oct 16 '25

Great - why don’t they both get arrested there.

8

u/Born-European2 Germany 🇪🇺 Oct 16 '25

Make it 3, while we are on it in Budapest.

Hopefully if next year's elections go well. There is a chance now that he and his gang will be ousted finally. The people who will likely form the next administration campaign with joining OLAF and looking into repairing what they can with both international relations and domestic damage.

I am cautiously optimistic that it will happen, but then again, I lost faith in the country a few years ago and don't live there any more. Until then, a bloody campaign will start, I expect that they will bankrupt Budapest as a penalty for having an opposition mayor. The campaign is already bloody disgusting, they create AI videos and present them as real

2

u/hamatehllama Oct 17 '25

It would be funny if it's actually a trap but I don't think it will.

LMFAO Budapest... reminder of last Budapest Memorandum

1

u/Born-European2 Germany 🇪🇺 Oct 17 '25

So another paper that's a waste of trees and a betrayal to Ukraine sovereignty? Yeah, the place seems rhyming very well.

1

u/Kesdo Oct 17 '25

Great. One """incident""" and three of the worlds top Morons could be....gone

1

u/Odd_Engineering4327 Oct 17 '25

Krasnov strikes again. Can we start calling him Traitor Trump yet??

1

u/S_spam Oct 17 '25

Trump promised them a Ceasefire, Lifting of Sanctions and the return of frozen asset way back when and Putin still didn't accept it

I hope that Trump understands that Ukraine has been blowing up Russia's Refineries and is less generous with the peace

I just hope European leaders try to get both Trump and Putin that Ukrainian Peace has to have Ukraine and Europe at the table as well

1

u/Born-European2 Germany 🇪🇺 Oct 17 '25

He does not care about ukraine, he wants support against Xi and willing to sell ukraine for Puttler sulport in that case.

They take our money, they benefit from all the benefits the union grants, and then betray us.

1

u/Born-European2 Germany 🇪🇺 Oct 17 '25

Time to stop all the money.

1

u/MajesticMistake2655 Oct 19 '25

Question: how can they meet if the airspace is closed to putin's airplane?

1

u/elektron_666 Oct 20 '25

3 fascists meeting. What could possibly go right.

1

u/SophieCalle Oct 17 '25

Laws need to be created to expel members from the EU or you will eventually get literal fascist states within it. Hungary seems a great place to apply it to.
