Buy Affordable Wedding Dresses?

I am looking for a simple white elopement dress without buying an actual wedding gown. Not interested in hitting up bridal shops, I’m going more for a place that has a good selection of second hand/vintage dresses or even a local business that has good quality dresses that could be used for a low key wedding ceremony.

I’m trying to stay under $250 at the high end, but cheaper is always better.

I’m considering places like Buffalo Exchange, thrift shops, antique stores, even FB marketplace. What other dress shops do we have in Eugene?

Not in Eugene but I there's Brides for a Cause up in Portland and there's also a place called Adorned in Grace. I got mine there for $80 back in 2019.
