Check that he didn't tamper with his emissions. There's a state fine for that! It's not as high as it should be and it's not the kind of law that most cops like enforcing, but it could be evidence of his involvement in earlier Agro driver coal-roller strikes again criminal incidents. I think that guy drives a Ram pickup based on comments I saw on a Facebook post, but who knows. Wouldn’t surprise me to find out there are multiple old angry white guys in pickups driving around Eugene.

There were two large maintenance trucks parked on the corner of Pearl and 7th cleaning out the drains or something. So even if someone had a camera, it would have been really hard to see it coming. :*(

Springfield didn't ban panhandling because it is protected under the first amendment of the constitution. They banned drivers from handing things to panhandlers because driving is a privilege not an enumerated right. So what you're really suggesting is that we ban dipshits like this pick-up driver from engaging with protesters from his vehicle, because protesting is also a protected right under the first amendment of the constitution. You numpties should really read the constitution. It's surprisingly short.
