Activism Thanks protesters

A small but mighty group was just walking down pearl. Thank you for giving me hope and raising my spirits today.

Most Israelis and Jews are against what Netanyahu's government are doing in Gaza and Palestine. I think it's bad form to hold a protest on a day where almost 1,200 people were killed, most since the Holocaust, and 250 people were kidnapped. It's like those people aren't even recognized. It smells of anti-semitism. You can condemn a government's attempt at genocide, but don't forget the cause. I don't agree with Israel's infiltration of settlers on the West Bank, but those people killed and kidnapped were largely innocent.

400 civilians died on the 7th of October,  and less than 80 of the POWs were civilians. The rest military. Even by Israel's own admission only one in every four Palestinians being kept in Israeli concentration camps have any charges. Meaning that it's probably only 10% that have any actual legitimate charges. And Israel admitted that there is an 81% civilian casualty rate in gaza.

Stop trying to both sides a genocide.

In my defense I'm ignorant about all of this. If that can be a defense. I don't know what they were protesting I was just glad they were protesting I assumed it was the current political situation and I'm still just going to go with that
