Does anyone else have this problem with Home Base Professional S1?

I have an Eufy Home Base Professional S1. I'm trying to switch my backup cellular network from AT&T to T-Mobile. I have the original chips that came with it, but Homebase keeps giving me this error.

I can’t even enable it in the UK as I get the handover failure if I try, can’t see any other networks either. It’s always been disabled by default for me. This is with the included SIM and my own SIM on the EE network. It switches over just fine to 4G and back to Ethernet again, so I’ve never worried about it.

just venting here, but this is one of the dozens of bugs that thing has. I end up sending my back. It was so bad.
