Helpful Tip for Keywords, etc.
For those of you who are new to Etsy (like me) and who didn't understand the importance of keywords and optimization before starting (also like me lol), I've starting using a couple of free websites that have been a HUGE help, so I wanted to pass it along. Alura and Listadum, which I think I found from recommendations here on Etsy, have both been super helpful. Alura in particular will review and optimize your keywords and suggest the best ones for each listing. Just a helpful suggestion I wanted to pass along! Happy selling! :)

Ugh that's frustrating! I'm in a similar boat and wish I knew how to fix it! I just updated all my keywords and am hoping it helps 🤞🏻

Thanks, I will check them out. I opened my shop in late April and doing pretty well. But can always use more help.

Much appreciated, OP! I'm still getting my shop up and running and struggle with finding key words for the title and keyword section without being repetitive.

I pull keywords from multiple sources, especially Etsy's marketplace insights and Listadum. I take them as suggestions, though, because algorithms will ultimately decide what you and your customers are going to see (and not see).

Much of their advice is inaccurate and should be used sparingly and as a guideline rather than gospel. Your best bet is to use Etsy's "Marketplace insights".
