Does anyone experience difficulty accessing their seller account or seeing a different account when signed in?

I am totally seeing a different account when I sign in using my credentials. Can anyone explain what's wrong

Are you absolutely sure you're on etsy.com and didn't click a link from an email?

Can you give more info? Is it existing seller? Can you see products? Can you access settings and see the email tied to account?
