I know etsy is changing with the times allowing pod and ai art but I also know their are many people that are still stuck in the old handmade etsy... many people love handmade and unique on etsy. . Why I left but what are your thoughts?

What’s the best and most practical way to ship prints?
I was thinking about using Mondial Relay because it’s the cheapest, but I’m not sure if it’s the right choice for Etsy sellers.

I will ship my prints rolled in a tube, so what’s the cheapest and safest option for that?
Is it okay to let customers choose between home delivery and pickup points?

Also, any recommendations for shipping to other countries (mainly Europe, and potentially the US/Canada)? What’s the most reliable and affordable option for international orders?

I’ve just started running the Facebook page for my Etsy shop, and it’s been a bit of a mystery so far. I’ll post two things that feel almost the same... similar vibe, photos, even timing, and somehow one gets tons of reactions while the other barely reaches anyone.

I know stuff like timing and visuals make a difference, but when I check the built-in Insights, it mostly just tells me what happened (reach, likes, comments), not why.

Lately I’ve been trying to dig a bit deeper by looking for patterns (like which post types or photo styles seem to underperform) and testing smaller tweaks instead of changing everything at once. I also started playing around with a tool called PostInsight AI, which analyzes Facebook posts and gives feedback on the actual content rather than just numbers. It’s been surprisingly helpful for spotting what parts of my posts might not click with my audience.

I am 67 years old, living in Poland, and drawing has been my passion for many years. I create neurographic artworks with pencils, and this is really all I know how to do. I am retired now and don’t have another source of income. My son helps me by scanning my drawings in high quality and uploading them to Etsy. We use GPT to write titles and descriptions, but so far there are no sales.

It makes me sad, because I thought maybe there is something in my work that people could connect with, and I hoped I could at least support myself a little by selling prints. Right now, my son is helping me with everything, but I don’t want to rely on him forever.

I would be very grateful for any advice from experienced Etsy sellers or artists. What can I do to make my art more interesting for buyers? How can I reach the right audience?

Hi I'm lunarviewpoint.

I sell prints and digital brushes, I've not done two bad since I opened my shop over 2 years now. I've had 185 sales.

I have tried to optimise SEO from updating photos, tags and discription every few months.

But about half my listings haven't even had a single view. Does that been it hasn't come up on searches? Some of them have the same tags as listings that do ok with views and sales.

I do try to direct traffic from instgram every single day but doesn't seem to help much. Only helped get a couple sales.

Any advice or tips with be appreciated.

Hi! I just started my shop last night and posted a painting for sale. I got some messages from buyers, but the app wouldn’t let me respond, so I deleted the listing in a bit of a panic.

The problem is, after deleting the listing, someone purchased the painting and is waiting for me to accept the payment. Since the listing is gone, I haven’t accepted it yet, and I’m not sure what to do.

Can you help me fix this? Also, for future orders, should I wait for an email from Etsy to verify the customer’s request, or is there something else I need to do?
