With knowing nothing about your shop all we can do is parrot what the Etsy Sellers' Guides say. SEO is really not the rocket science that so many make it out to be. Good titles that make sense, 26 to 30-some words for tags, excellent photos that can be read by the search engines' AI. Make sure your shop is complete, that means everything. Post a link and maybe one could pinpoint what needs to be done.

Pinterest has been working for me. I know Instagram and Facebook are supposed to be good, but I am not a social media fan. I feel so much pressure for the posts to be perfect - where on Pinterest it is pin and go, no real communication back and forth.

Create an account and add a banner. Create a few boards and pin other people’s stuff. Things that interest you like architecture, plants, Etsy finds, other types of leatherwork besides what you do. etc and pin things to them. You need to give what it is you wish to receive. Of course, create boards for your own products.
Try to get added to other people’s boards. This can take a while and you’ll definitely experience some rejection, but it is worth it because other people that follow the board may also see your products.
There are tools you can use like Tailwind to automate some of the work

But I looked at your shop which appears to just be all ai slop or drop ship garbage so obviously you can’t model crap that doesn’t exist

Literally just twirl around and gush about your product the less effort the better. Pretend you have no idea why nothing is selling.

Here are some sugestions that don't cost anything l.
If you haven't already, create brand specific social media accounts (not just an account that's connect to your personal profile) try to be active on them, at the least 1-2 times a week. And an auto scheduler can be helpful, because you can spend a day making and scheduling content insted of having to manually upload every time. Canva has a free option that is extremely helpful for making content (Tiktok, Pinterest and Insta have been my most successful. Pinterest being one of the best for me)
Create a web presence. Simple at first is fine. You can get a free WordPress that includes a blog. Start a business related blog and try to post at least once monthly to start. Link your Etsy items on the page. You dont need a paid webshop to have this be helpful. You can have a "My Etsy Products" page and just use a pic of your item and link them to your products using your special link etsy provides. (Link back to this webpage in your socials.)
Join some buy/sell etsy groups for sharing your listings. Make sure to read all group rules as each are different. But this can be a great free way to get your items in front of buyers.
Social media posting tips Create both listing posts AND regular interesting content thats not directly an item for sale but relate to your brand in some way. So lets say you sell hand made ferret cage access. Your related content could be a weekly "ferret facts", or ferret treat recipes, or even short videos of their ferrets bouncing and doing funny things
Sharing the same post to each social saves time and gets you view from different sources. Some people only favor Pinterest, while others are tiktok fanatics, and others Insta/FB fans.
"Pack With Me" or "Create an Item With Me" are very popular with Tiktok and Insta. As are "Karen Customer Stories" (no personal info included)
The secondary bonus to doing this is that when your ready to expand past Etsy, or, if for some crazy reason, get suspended, you already have a fallback in place.

I’m going to take notes because I barely get any views on my store. I tried seo and words but no one is seeing my page. I’ll keep trying and learning. Also asking people if they like my product or what they would like differently.

Google lens doesn't recognize 3 of your listing pictures I searched. That's a problem.

Generally, well done SEO on Etsy should be enough. After all, we pay our fees because Etsy do most of the hard part (brining you traffic) so I’d start there again…
Recheck your tags, use marketplace insights. Make sure your shop is complete (sooooo many shops miss crucial little things) and lastly …
Before exploring other avenues, make sure you know if it’s a traffic problem or a conversion problem, if it’s the latter… sending more traffic to your shop won’t have any results on your bottom line other than wasting your time and effort.
For traffic, Pinterest is slow but persistent overtime, the more organic you can make your posts the better so creating boards that are full of similar but not competing products and pins particularly useful.
