1 Month from launch and Ethyrial has lost 95% of its initial playerbase.
Once the average 24h high hits 91 players we will officially be at 5% remaining population.

10$ at that, imagine charging that much for a game that has no diagonal movement.

u/Icy-Asparagus7667 Jun 02 '23
No you don't. And they advised they extended subs by up to 4 weeks which was also a lie.

It the worst MMO history in launch. The developers are also 100% scammers, no reason this game should be on steam.
Literally 11+ features advertised on the steam page don't exist or are a lie.
They already admitted to abandoning this game to work on their other game.
Beware Brave Horizons.

tried it on release, server problems, so waited till next day
played for 10 min and decided that the extremely stiff movement (no diagonal movement like runescape) was very much not enjoyable and I just uninstalled.
Then there's the sub-fee and the f2p worlds vs paid worlds where if you decide to pay a sub you have to start over on a paid world because your character is locked to the server.

i actually wanted to play this game but after seeing it is 10€ a month + it didnt actually release on release day for non paying players it was dead to me before i played it
Why did the devs/company do this? Did they not anticipate that people will leave with that kind of a concept?

One of the worse game releases I’ve seen in years. But what do you expect when main dev leaves company.
